SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service apply to the text messaging program operated by Dalton Lambert Homes, LLC.
What Messages Are Sent
Dalton Lambert Homes, LLC sends SMS/MMS messages related to residential construction services. Messages you may receive include:
- Project updates — progress milestones, completion notifications, inspection results
- Scheduling — appointment confirmations, trade scheduling, site visit coordination
- Customer service — responses to your questions, clarifications on project details
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. All messages are related to your active project or direct inquiry.
How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from Dalton Lambert Homes, LLC through one of the following methods:
- Verbally — during an in-person or phone project consultation, you may provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages
- In writing — by signing a construction contract or service agreement that includes consent to text communications
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may decline text messaging and still engage our construction services. We will use alternative communication methods (phone calls, email) as needed.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your project phase and communication needs. During active construction, you may receive several messages per week. During planning or between milestones, message frequency will be lower.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Dalton Lambert Homes, LLC does not charge for text messages, but your wireless carrier may apply standard messaging fees. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Opt Out
You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent.
Opting out of text messages will not affect your construction project or our ability to serve you. We will switch to phone or email communication.

Our text messaging program is supported on all major US wireless carriers, including but not limited to:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
